If you can meal prep on Sunday, hit a wall by Tuesday,
and somehow still feel guilty about it on Friday…
You're not broken.
This is the program that was built for you.
The Nourished Foundations Method is a 90-day personalized 1:1 nutrition and wellness program for women who are done with starting over and ready for a simple, grace-filled approach that finally fits their real life — body, mind, and faith included.
No pressure. No obligation.
Just a real conversation about what's possible for you.
Can we be honest for a moment?
Nobody talks about how much it costs to keep starting over. Not just financially, though that's real too. But emotionally. Every Monday reset, every program you quit, every time you did everything right and still didn't feel better, that accumulates. It becomes a story you tell yourself about who you are. And that story isn't true. You were never the problem. Most women who find me have already tried everything. The difference here isn’t willpower or another protocol. It’s that for the first time, everything is built around exactly what your body needs, and that changes everything.
Why nothing has worked, until now
Waking up already tired. Barely making it through the afternoon. Lying awake in the middle of the night for no reason you can name. Feeling bloated more days than not. These aren't separate problems. They're the same problem showing up in different places. Your body has five foundational systems that are all deeply connected: what you eat, how you digest, how your blood sugar is regulated, how you sleep, and how you manage stress. When even one of these foundations is compromised, the others feel it. When all five are struggling, which is almost always what's happening by the time a woman finds me, your body sends every signal it has trying to get your attention. You've been listening. You just haven't had anyone help you understand what it's been saying. That's what we do together. And because we understand why your body has been struggling, we know exactly what it needs to finally respond.
This is what feeling like yourself again actually looks like.
The version of you that wakes up with energy and actually feels good in her body is closer than you think.
You stop buying things hoping they'll work and start investing in what you know works, because for the first time, you know what your body needs.
You say yes to the girls trip without calculating whether you'll have enough energy to survive it. You just say yes.
You close the browser tabs because you finally have answers, not more conflicting advice.
Feeling good in your body stops being something you're chasing. Poor health is no longer your story, and the people around you notice.
You wake up before your alarm. Not because you have to. Because you want to.
Taking care of your body stops feeling like one more thing you're failing at and starts feeling like an act of worship.
You make it through the afternoon and realize you never needed that extra coffee.
This isn't about being perfect. It isn't about restriction or giving up food you love. It's about finally having a plan built for your body, your life, your faith, and a partner who is genuinely in your corner every step of the way.
You sit down with the people you love and you're actually there. Not just physically in the room.
INTRODUCING
The Nourished Foundations Method
A grace-filled path to lasting health. No overwhelm, no starting over.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is not a meal plan you follow for a week and then forget about. The Nourished Foundations Method is a simple, deeply personal 90-day 1:1 experience built entirely around your body, your lifestyle, your faith, and your goals.
A note about your wellness plan, because this might surprise you:
Because I arrive at our first session already knowing where your body needs the most support, your personalized plan is almost always far simpler than what you've been trying to do on your own. Just the right things, in the right order, at the right pace. Because trying to change everything at once isn't realistic. It isn't sustainable. And none of that serves you.
Here's what your 90 days look like.
You'll complete a 303-point symptom analysis that I turn into your personal Symptom Burden Graph, a visual map of exactly where your body needs the most support. So instead of starting from scratch, I walk into our first session already knowing your story. You leave that 90-minute conversation feeling heard, maybe for the first time. From there we meet regularly, weekly at first, then every other week, so you always know what's coming next.
Before we ever meet
Your personalized plan
From there, I build your recommendations around your actual symptom data and your real daily life. What to eat, how to live, which supplements your body actually needs, each one paired with a biblical foundation so caring for your body feels like stewardship instead of striving. You'll also get your Personalized Meal Framework: real food you actually like, built around your schedule, with the grocery list already done for you. And it's almost always simpler than what you've been doing on your own.
No more standing in the kitchen at five o'clock wondering what's for dinner.
The part where it lasts
By now your body is responding, and we're not about to drop you the moment it starts working. Through the rest of our time together we keep meeting, keep adjusting as your body changes, and you're never more than an email away. We finish by laying your before and after Symptom Burden Graph side by side, so the progress you've felt is something you can actually see. Then you'll have your Sustainable Living Plan to keep.
And if there's more work to do when these ninety days are up, and for most women there is, you won't be starting over and you won't be doing it alone. We'll just keep going.
Everything in this program was designed with one thing in mind, your real life.
Because the best plan is the one you can actually live with.

This Is What Simple, Sustainable Change Actually Looks Like.
Here's what happens when a woman finally gets a plan that's actually built for her body.
REAL RESULTS. REAL WOMEN. REAL LIFE.
Most women feel a real difference within the first week. Not because we overhauled everything, but because for the first time, we knew exactly where to start. Here's what that looked like for one woman who came in exhausted, not sleeping, and stuck in the same cycle you might recognize. We didn't overhaul her entire life. We started with two simple things: a protein-forward breakfast to stabilize her blood sugar, and a screen-free wind-down routine before bed.
"I've been sleeping really good. I feel like I'm sleeping better without screens."
— On her sleep after removing screens before bed
"I was surprised at how full I felt."
— On starting her day with a protein-forward breakfast
"I've noticed how much better I feel when I eat whole foods instead of processed foods."
— On making the shift toward real, whole food
Three changes. Better sleep. Steadier energy. A body that finally feels like it's working with her instead of against her. That's what the right foundation actually does, and it's almost always simpler than you think.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Nutritional therapy is a holistic root-cause approach that looks at your whole body — not just your symptoms. Instead of managing symptoms, it asks why they're showing up in the first place. A dietitian or nutritionist typically focuses on food recommendations based on general guidelines. As an NTP, my job is to connect the dots between all five foundations of your health — not just what you eat — and build a simple, sustainable plan around your real life, your real body, and your real faith.
-
Everything you've tried was built for the average person. This isn't. The Nourished Foundations Method starts with a 303-point symptom analysis, your full health history, and a Food & Mood Journal before we ever meet — so every recommendation is built specifically around your body, your goals, your life, and your faith. Not someone else's.
-
This program was built for women who are already running at full capacity. I meet you exactly where you are — not where you wish you were — and we build from there together. No overwhelm, no unrealistic expectations. Just small, practical shifts that actually fit into your already full life.
-
The goal of this program is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to feel good on your own — long after we're done. You leave with a Sustainable Living Plan and a clear picture of how far you've come. If you want to continue working together, we can talk about that before your final session.
-
Most women who find me have already spent close to what this program costs — on programs they quit, supplements that didn't work, and appointments that went nowhere. The difference here is that everything is built specifically for your body from day one. This isn't another generic plan. And a payment plan is available if you need it.
-
Yes. Split your investment into two payments of $775 — full access from day one, no interest, no fees. Because saying yes to yourself shouldn't mean saying no to everything else.
-
The Nourished Foundations Method is rooted in biblical wellness principles — the belief that caring for your body is an act of stewardship. That said, the nutritional therapy foundations work for every body regardless of faith background. The biblical framework is woven in, not imposed. Many women find it deepens their experience. But the clinical work stands completely on its own.
-
Every woman's body is different and results depend on consistency, lifestyle, and how your body responds. What I can tell you is that this program gives you the best possible foundation. A personalized plan, real education about your body, and dedicated support throughout. That's exactly why we start with a free discovery call, to make sure we're a good fit before you invest anything. Every recommendation in this program is built from your body's actual data, not guesswork, not a template. That's what makes this different from everything you've tried before.
